Sales Engineer for Panasonic Cooling and Heating Solutions

Panasonic Cooling and Heating Solutions is looking for a candidate to join our Prague team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving A/C business, defining sales strategy to engage current and new customers with special focus on B2B market.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Account Management and Development of Sales Channels
• Responsible for achieving KPI’s and company objectives
• Maintain Client relationships on all stages of sales process
• Manage sales forecasting
• Increase the business and the loyalty in the current accounts, targets new accounts to develop that will support the business plan achievement
• Recommend the different activities needed to realize the BP sales, cooperates with the team to manage the business (Management, Marketing Promotions, Business Development)
• Work closely with the specialist team in order to ensure successful sales
• Plan and realize the necessary supporting activities (sell-out/sell-in campaigns, promotions, trade fairs)
• Keep in touch with the market and providing the feedback based on market information

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in A/C market (sales or relevant)
• Relevant University Degree or equivalent of practical experience
• Experience in Business Development B2B
• Understands impacts of relevant legal regulations and its impact on business
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to plan and manage the projects
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills
• Hunter mentality
